Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Digisaint Private Limited ("Digisaint", "we"), a company registered in India. They cover Purple Sector and Hoopster, their widgets, Live Activities and watch apps (the "apps"). By using the apps, you accept these terms.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, and the Subscription Terms cover paid plans.

On Apple devices, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and governs your licence to use the app. If it conflicts with these terms about that licence, Apple's agreement wins.

Who can use the apps

To create an account you must be at least 13, or 16 in the EEA and UK. In India, you need a parent's or guardian's consent if you're under 18.

Keep your sign-in secure, because you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Unofficial apps

The apps are independent and unofficial. They aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, governing body, team, driver or player, including Formula One Group, the FIA, the NBA and the WNBA.

F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. Other league and team names and marks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify what the apps are about.

Live data and safety

Timing, scores, standings, schedules and news come from third-party sources. They can be delayed, incomplete or later corrected. Check official sources for anything that matters.

Never use the apps in a way that distracts you while driving. Driving-detection features reduce distraction, but they don't make using an app safe while driving.

Predictions and games

Predictions, rooms, leagues, XP, levels and achievements are free games with no cash value. We don't offer prizes of monetary value. We score against the results shown in the app, and may rescore if official results change. Cheating or using multiple accounts can lead to reset scores or a closed account.

AI features

The in-app AI assistant writes its replies with AI. Replies can be inaccurate, so treat them as information, not advice.

Your content

You own what you post: your profile, photos, wallpapers, journal entries, submissions and messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, adapt (for example, resize) and share it, only as needed to run, promote and improve the apps. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account. It doesn't end where others have already interacted with it (such as a shared leaderboard) or where the law requires us to keep it.

Only post what you have the right to share. If something in the apps infringes your copyright, email admin@purplesector.club and we'll act promptly.

Rules of conduct

Don't:

• post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent;
• impersonate others;
• post spam, or other people's personal information;
• scrape, copy or resell data from the apps;
• access the apps by automated means;
• reverse engineer the apps, or interfere with, overload or get around their security, limits or paywalls.

Moderation and appeals

We use automated filters and human review. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we'll tell you why. You can report and block users in the app. To appeal a decision, email admin@purplesector.club within six months and a person will review it.

Our rights in the apps

The apps, their design, code, widgets and our trademarks (Purple Sector, Hoopster, Digisaint) belong to Digisaint or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for non-commercial purposes under these terms.

Third-party services and ads

The apps include services from others, such as sign-in, data sources, maps and ads, and their terms apply to those services. We're not responsible for their content, and an ad isn't an endorsement.

Changes and ending

We may add, change or remove features, sometimes because a data provider changes what it offers. You can stop using the apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering an app. We'll give notice where it's reasonable to.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide the apps "as is". As far as the law allows:

• we don't promise they'll be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate;
• we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits;
• our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) INR 1,000.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim in your local courts and to rely on your country's mandatory consumer protections, as in the EU and UK. Please contact us first so we can try to sort things out.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change, and give reasonable notice in the app for significant changes. If you keep using the apps after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
